The New Federal State of China, Take Down the CCP

The New Federal State of China shall establish a Constitution referencing the democratic and legal frameworks of the West, as well as pertinent international laws. We are committed to building a new China founded upon a “one person, one vote” electoral system and a system of “checks and balances” within the government.

As the guardians of human rights, rule of law, freedom of speech and religion, private property rights, the natural environment, and global peace, we will steadfastly uphold these core principles.

Through the codification of these fundamental freedoms and balanced governance structures, the New Federal State of China shall forge a future of liberty, justice, and prosperity for the Chinese people. We will be the standard-bearer for democratic values, the protector of individual liberties, and the champion of sustainable development on the world stage.
